On the occasion of the SmartSolutions market launch and further product novelties in the group the HAHN Group is carrying out a roadshow in Germany lasting on several days, which is intended for the entire distribution network of the DACH region. Two-day sales conferences will take place at a total of three locations, where the four new products will be presented and demonstrated in detail.
The roadshow started at HAHN Automation's headquarters in Rheinböllen on September 3 and 4. A total of 21 participants from 5 HAHN Group companies took part in the event and received an exclusive SmartSolutions product presentation by product manager Peter Faulhaber. In a presentation the concept and the functionalities of the industrial solutions were introduced, but also an outlook on further developments was given.
Afterwards, all participating employees were taken to the assembly hall, where they were able to see and test the SmartSolutions live. Everyone was given the opportunity to create a processing program for an article and to execute the process accordingly. The simple operation and handling convinced all along the line: "The name says it all - intelligent solutions for everyone" says Sebastian, Sales Engineer at HAHN Automation.
But also the design and the high process variety were highlighted as positive characteristics: "Professional processes which can be used by every user without any previous knowledge and which are as easy to operate as a smartphone" summarizes Martin from the HAHN Group. Service Project Leader Christian from HAHN Automation also states: "Innovative, future-oriented, flexible" - exactly these keywords characterize SmartSolutions. Many of the sales experts are already planning to which customers they would like to introduce and demonstrate SmartSolutions first.
Numerous positive comments and also good suggestions for further development reached product manager Peter Faulhaber, who is satisfied with the success of the first roadshow event. Full of excitement he is already looking forward to the next dates of the roadshow on September 14th and 15th in Diepenau at HAHN Robotics and on October 1st and 2nd in Engen at Waldorf Technik: "I am looking forward to presenting our product to the other sales representatives and to exchanging information about SmartSolutions with them. An exciting future awaits us with an innovative product whose potential is far from being fully realised. We will take the important feedback of each single person with us in order to consistently push the further development and to continuously optimise SmartSolutions and to maintain the highest level of innovation".
