In the SIA (smart intuitive automation) software developed specifically for the product series, machining points of the article can be defined at the touch of a finger on a tablet. With the help of modular contour elements, the points can then be connected by straight lines or circular lines and thus joined together to form the overall contour. A live image camera supports the entire setup process so that maximum precision is achieved. In this way, a machining program for a completely new article can be created and tested within a very short time with little effort.
Recent tests in the showroom in Rheinböllen have shown how quickly and precisely any contours can be dispensed in the SmartSolutions DISPENSE: regardless of whether a ball bearing needed to be greased or grease dots were to be applied on a circular path - the corresponding program could be created and started within a few minutes.
Not only does SmartSolutions DISPENSE offer fast and simple process automation, it also delivers maximum process precision. An integrated pulse counter records and monitors the applied dosing quantity during each application, so that the system operator always has an overview and full control of the production process. Already on the start page of SIA, the plant operator can see the statistics of the last ten operations at a glance and thus quickly obtain an overview of the results. In addition, the software can independently determine threshold values and tolerances, which are displayed in clear graphics.
